Iron Wolf installs Level 2 and DC fast charging infrastructure for commercial properties, auto dealerships, industrial facilities, apartment and condominium buildings, and municipal parking facilities. We self-perform the civil and electrical work (trench excavation, conduit installation, panel upgrades, and charger commissioning) so there's one contractor, one schedule, and one point of accountability. Iron Wolf installs commercial and industrial standby generator and battery backup systems for facilities where downtime is not an option (manufacturing plants, medical and dental offices, data rooms, cannabis facilities, cold storage, and logistics operations). Drawing on our background installing infrastructure for Hydro One and major telecommunications networks, we bring utility-level installation standards to every commercial power system. Every installation includes load assessment, system design, panel integration, transfer switch installation, commissioning, and owner orientation. Annual maintenance agreements available. 

 Iron Wolf installs underground utility services for new construction, existing properties, and infrastructure upgrade projects using trench excavation and horizontal directional drilling (HDD). We install gas, water, storm and sanitary drainage, electrical, hydro (including meter installation and aerial-to-underground conversions), and telecommunications (direct-buried and conduit). Our HDD capability allows installations under driveways, landscaping, roads, and structures without surface disruption — a significant advantage for urban infill and retrofit projects. 

 Iron Wolf's team has built over 600 kilometres of fibre optic network for Bell Canada, Cogeco, Xplor, Hydro One Telecom, and Telus. That same expertise is now available for private infrastructure — industrial campuses, logistics facilities, automotive supply chain operations, and commercial properties that require dedicated fibre, structured cabling, CCTV backbone, and private network infrastructure. Private telecom projects are relationship-based and delivered on your timeline, without public procurement cycles. 

 Iron Wolf holds the licensing required to apply herbicides and perform chemical mowing for invasive species control along roadsides, ditches, shorelines, and rights-of-way. 

We specialize in fragmites (Phragmites australis) control — one of Ontario's most damaging invasive plants — and provide services to the Essex Region Conservation Authority, municipal public works departments, MTO right-of-way maintenance programs, and private landowners with shoreline or agricultural property.
